Last updated: April 2026. This policy covers arclend.io and the ArcLend platform used by Bank and NBFC customers.

1. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, job role when you contact us), information automatically generated by our systems (IP, device type, page views), and data processed on behalf of customer banks and NBFCs who use the ArcLend platform under a signed Data Processing Agreement.

2. How we use it

Website data is used to respond to enquiries, run demos, and improve arclend.io. Platform data is used only to provide the contracted service to the customer lender. We do not sell personal data, ever.

3. Where it's stored

All data is hosted on infrastructure located in India. Bureau-sourced data is retained only for the window permitted under the relevant bureau and RBI regulations. Customer data retention is governed by the individual Data Processing Agreement.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold directly about you by writing to privacy@arclend.io. Requests are processed within 30 days.

5. Cookies

arclend.io uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
